Hello there, and welcome to Slaterock Automation! At this point, if you have dug this far, you're probably wondering what exactly we do and what we're about. My name is William Mingione, and I am the founder of Slaterock.
We originally started as a full-service digital marketing agency servicing small businesses in Long Island, NY. We mainly focused on website design and social media bots. While growing and developing new practices, we have begun to narrow down to what we're best at, Digital marketing management and business process automation.
Slaterock Provides four Categories of Digital Marketing Services
How does Digital Automation Work?
Digital automation or Digital process automation (DPA) uses low-code development tools to automate processes that can span multiple applications. The approach focuses on automating or partially automating tasks involved in various business practices that typically require some form of human interaction. Because we are a private agency with no affiliations with any of the products we use, we are not limited to any specific software or platform, allowing us to work across all platforms that offer an API or Application Programming Interface.
This means we can easily integrate many of the systems you already use because of our ability to use any product we need to get the job done! In many cases, you will find that when hiring or working with large companies like Salesforce, Hubspot, or even Zapier, you will be limited to their options. Although we work with these companies frequently, there is often lesser-known software that can do the same thing, all while linking up together to form one large pipeline.
Using Swipe Pages For Digital Automation
One of our most significant assets is a company known as Swipe Pages; this was a company that we decided to invest in early on, and our team has fallen in love with it! Swipe Pages has become one of the leading landing page builders in the industry, and they now have different ways to build out nearly fully functioning websites in the form of Google AMP pages. This means that Google preloads the page allowing for users to have an extremely quick and responsive experience when browsing through the pages of the website.
Why Automate my Business?
There are many great reasons to automate some of your business tasks, but one of the biggest reasons is cost. Thanks to digital automation, many of our clients have found less of a need for full-time employees to manage their everyday tasks. Instead of a staff member manually reaching out to individual clients creating custom messages each time, our software suite can automate these tasks with custom messages welcoming new clients or reminding old clients of your great work.
We can help setup lead generating tools by automating outreaching tasks such as cold emailing and cold messaging, and in many cases, we can custom tailor these messages based on user activity. Many of the software we use have tracking and monitoring features so we can easily determine the activity of the recipients and send them custom messages based on their activity, such as opening an email and not responding, or visiting a website without leaving their information or purchasing a product left in their cart.
The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency. -Bill Gates
Here at Slaterock Automation, we use the quote to guide our builds and to inform our clients of the true purpose behind what we do. In many cases, automation may seem like a great answer but often time we have to understand that customers want human-to-human interaction. That is why credit card companies spend millions on employing service representatives that will help you at any time. As a business and often as an advisor, when implementing new products, we try to always create the most human-like interactions when designing our pipelines.
When we can successfully build a functioning pipeline that acts as if a human was interacting with the target, then we know we have completed our goal.
Boost Engagement and Social Following
Social media automation practices are one of the most prominent ways to stand out from competitors and engage with your audience. Social media automation is the practice in which we implement automation tools to interact with highly-targeted users on specific platforms.
