How to Manage Project Requests That You Submitted to the Wix Marketplace

When you want to get project cost estimates, you can send your project details to experts in the Wix Marketplace. You'll be able to see the experts who are a good fit for your project, keep an eye on how your project is doing, and share your thoughts by writing a review afterward. If you decide not to proceed with a project, we'll let the interested experts know that it's not happening anymore.

Viewing your matched Wix Professionals and projects

After you ask for help with a project, we connect you with Wix experts who fit your needs. You can see who these experts are, look at their profiles on Wix, and keep track of how your project is going. We'll let the experts know if you change your mind and don't want to continue with a project.

To view your matches and projects:

1. Log in to your Wix account.

2. Go to the 'projects' section in the Wix Marketplace.

3. Move your cursor over the project you're interested in and click 'View Project' to see more about it.

4. (If you want) Click on the 'More Actions' icon  on the right side and choose an option:

• 'View Project': Look at the details of your project with the expert.

• 'View Marketplace Profile': Check out the expert's profile in the Wix Marketplace.

• 'Cancel Request': Stop this project request. We'll inform the experts that this project is no longer going ahead.

Posting a review about your experience

After your project with a Wix expert is finished, you can share your thoughts about it. You can rate your overall experience and write about how well the work was done, how good the communication was, and how timely the project was delivered.

Note: You can only write a review after the Wix expert has completed your project.

To post a review:

1. Log in to your Wix account.

2. Head over to the 'projects' area in the Wix Marketplace.

3. Find the project you worked on and click 'Leave a review.'

4. Click on the stars under 'Overall rating' to show how happy you were with the Wix expert (5 stars means very happy, 1 star not so much).

5. Write your review in the box asking about their work quality, communication, and timing.

Note: Your review and your name will be visible to everyone on the Wix expert's profile in the Marketplace.
