I had a horrible experience with this Jeweler.
He was paid in advance to create a ring for me. It took seven months for him to get it right. When I finally received the ring after three days, the base cracked. Then I lost the stone a day later. They used the cheapest silver I have ever experienced paying more than five dollars for. I have honestly gotten better quality jewelry on Amazon for $10. Not only that, I brought in a watch for my battery to be replaced. After six weeks the battery died. Rick said that he was going to come by my location of where I work to pick up the watch. He never did. Now he has offered me $250 for a bubblegum machine ring and a watch with no battery. I highly recommend that you do not trust Venus creations.
