Horrible experience with this agency. Destiny was awful. I was basically guaranteed a job and every time I called for an update Destiny would say “call me at the end of the week and I’ll have an answer for you and then we’ll be scheduling interviews.” That has happened to me at least three times in a span of a month to a month and a half. She also never responds to my google text yet SHE was the one that stated “ if you ever have a question, here’s my card. Feel free to contact me. That’s the best way to reach me.” Not just that in my initial meeting with her when I first registered with top talent, she was vaping in her office mid interview as if that was professional for her to do… I called again today just to find out “the position has been fufilled” Why wasn’t I informed that? Why did I have to call to find that out? It just goes to show that Destiny is a liar, can’t communicate, and is just as unprofessional as I thought she was, when I initially met her. It’s really sad that this is how my experience with top talent went especially since all reviews that I read were positive reviews but that just goes to show that everyone has a different experience. I hope that this was helpful for someone. Please don’t learn the hard way like me…

Do not accept any jobs from these people. My recruiter was amazing but unfortunately the company that I was hired for was/is a fraudulent transportation company. So many details were left out. This particular company wanted instantaneous success after branching over from Canada to the US in a market that is currently recovering. DO NOT accept this job unless you are looking for temporary work.

UPDATE!!!!
This is the most unethical company I ever worked for, ended up quitting after just 4 weeks with multiple attacks and harassment from the racist supervisor.
*after quitting Top talent staffing stopped my direct deposit and forced me to pick up a debit card that they opened using my personal info and I did not receive my last payment. I can’t believe this company is allowed to do everything they do, they act like mobsters!
