Tim just finished building a beautiful retaining wall in my back yard, replacing one that had been destroyed by a massive tree. He also put in place footings for a deck that will be built and removed and laid down new cement that will be under the deck, replaced water drains creating a water drain system and landscaped the backyard to an unrecognizably beautiful degree.

I can't express how truly in awe I am at the work he and his crews completed and how it transformed my back yard and home. Tim went above and beyond his call of duty ensuring that the materials were of quality and the construction was done with care and attention to detail. I can hardly believe my eyes every time I look at it, its like a dream come true for me. I love it. I really didn't expect it to be so amazing.

I also was truly impressed that Tim was present at the site from start to finish, working side by side with the crews, I value that a lot. He is hard working and passionate about his work and his crews work with the same eagerness as he does.

He was always available to discuss any questions or concerns and took time to explain what was going on. When doing the cement work he coordinated with the person I selected as the deck contractor to ensure the footings for the deck would be in the correct position and of the correct specifications, an important collaboration, essential for complicated projects. The cement work is superb!

He put a lot of time into landscaping the yard to even it out and re-shape and better define a dry water creek that directs street water across the yard; now it is ready for stone and will not continue to eroded and drain haphazardly. Finally, he seeded the yard and watered it himself even after the work was completed to ensure that the area will be a lovely green and the earth will not wash away.

Through all the work, I could tell Tim made decisions that would benefit me and my home, having my best interests at heart. I am truly delighted.
