Went for dinner on a Wednesday night. The worst service ever. No dinner order taken for 25 minutes. Had to go to kitchen directly to insist our order be turned in. Waited another 45 minutes. No waitstaff checked in with us. Went to kitchen area again to ask if our food was being cooked. At this point it was 8:15. Place was pretty much empty and closes at 8:30. Head person was rude and nasty. He said he was working on take-out orders and wouldn’t directly say whether our food was being prepared. All we ordered was a burger and a quesadilla. He then told me our order would be delayed if I kept talking to him. I grew up in the restaurant business. My father would have fired me if I ever spoke to a guest/customer like that. I’m not afraid to speak up, but I said nothing. I was STUNNED. No food after one hour. We walked out. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant.

Built a great sandwich once with smoked sausage. Went back right away to have it again, took the order home, then unwrapped it to see that they gave me the wrong order. Figured it was a fluke, tried one more time a few days later, only to be told that they decided to stop doing smoked sausage. I like consistency, so this place was a bust for me. It was good the first time, though.

Out of control fly problem, uncomfortable, overpriced, incorrect mushrooms in boyfriend's extremely salty appetizer. I took one bite of my cubano and can still taste the salt hours later. I've honestly never had this bad a restaurant experience. Cook kept glaring at boyfriend and I for sending the food back. It was a very uncomfortable time.
