Worst Customer Experience Ever!!!
I visited the Supreme store in NYC to buy a gift, and the experience was absolutely appalling. I barely touched a folded shirt on display when a staff member abruptly stopped me, saying that folded items must not be touched and that I should ask for assistance instead. While I understand store policies, the tone and attitude were completely rude and disrespectful.
My husband asked to speak with a manager to report the unpleasant interaction, and the staff member claimed no manager was present. Shockingly, as my husband turned away, the employee made a disgusted face behind his back. Seriously? That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
He continued to follow us around the store, glaring at us every time we looked at an item. I mean, I’m a customer, I should be able to hold a shirt to check the fabric and sizing. This isn’t a museum. And considering the prices in that store, basic courtesy should be the bare minimum.
We ended up buying a t-shirt and a cap, but the discomfort drove us out before we could even browse properly. We chose to spend the rest of our money at other streetwear shops where the staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly didn’t mind taking our money.
Had I read the many negative reviews beforehand, most of which mention the same issues with rude staff and poor customer service, I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the store. But after waiting in line and being our last day in NYC, we gave it a shot. If you still have the chance, think twice before going in.
By the way, the manager was in the store, and my husband gave feedback directly. I sincerely hope that arrogant and disrespectful staff member was at least reprimanded.

There was no indication of a queue around the corner, and the cashier was unnecessarily rude when we tried to clarify. No one explained that we had to ask floor staff for sizes or availability, and it’s impossible to tell who actually works there.
The attitude across the board felt arrogant and entitled — zero sense of customer service. We left genuinely disgusted.

We visited the Supreme store in New York yesterday and honestly had a terrible experience. The staff member who helped us was extremely rude and even aggressive at times. His attitude made us feel really uncomfortable — if we hadn’t needed to buy a specific item as a gift before leaving the city, we definitely would’ve walked out without buying anything.
I asked several times to speak with the manager, and the employee kept saying there wasn’t one available. But when we left the store, I saw him talking to someone and pointing at us — turns out that person was the manager. I went back inside to explain what happened, and the same employee started denying everything, saying he’d been “extremely nice.” It was unbelievable.
Afterward, we checked online and saw a lot of other reviews describing the exact same kind of behavior, which really says it all. Definitely not what you’d expect from a brand like Supreme.
