while enjoying a decent time with family and friends. Out drinks were removed while we weren't paying attention. The drinks were not empty. The drinks are pricey so we asked for a refund or a drink. The manager made us watch camera footage until we saw where the drinks went. We sat for at least 30 mins to find out the waitress indeed did remove the drinks after denying it. The manager then tells us well the drink was empt. she never intended to make things right. Her behavior is very disturbing. She also referred to a patron in our room

Horrible experience!
Poor customer experience! Make shift “security guard” informed us we were kicked out
Accusing us of having
Small bottle of liquor even thorough the make shift security check all bags and had no problems with allowing me in.
This comes to a disappointment due to visiting Houston on a work event.
We paid for drinks and sang on stage when there were only 2 people where in establishment.
Do not come here! Very disappointed in service and had the audacity to thank me as I walked out

Horrible experience. Right from the door the girl called Gaby was very rude and insisted I pay a fee to get in. Did not inform me that if I had no reservation I would not be able to sit down or access the bar. The say walk ins are accepted but it is far from it. The bartenders and bar servers do not talk and do not care about anyone. They all say they’re busy. Do not waste your time here it is very disappointing. The service is terrible n and their staff are so rude. A disgrace I would never step foot here again.
