Easily one of the worst sites to sell on. Their policies always favor buyers over sellers and their customer service is a complete joke. All of their customer service is done overseas by people who can barely speak english. They won't read your appeal or consider it at all, they just side with buyers and call it a day.
On top of that, my store was permenately suspended after four years and a 4.5 average rating as a shop. They claimed that this photo violated their prop weapon policy. They threw my appeal in the trash without reading it (again, probably because the customer service team don't speak english) and called it a day.
Etsy is an utter joke that cares absolutely nothing for sellers and treats them like garbage. Take your hard work and effort some place else if you're looking to sell.

Etsy is one of the worst e-Commerce websites you can shop on. Almost all of the vendors are based over-seas in third world countries. Shipping can take anywhere from 4 weeks - 8 weeks at best. No customer service and very poor follow-up or response from any of the vendors. It makes sense that they only have a 2 star review. Based on similiar reviews and complaints, I don't see how they will stay in business. You are better off shopping at eBay or Amazon and have a piece of mind. Sorry Etsy, but you just ain't cutting it. Stay away and do yourself a favor. This site is just terrible.

I had an Etsy shop I sold large orders, had 5 star rating always, no complaints, no cases against me, they closed my account with a balance of $347.42 that was due to me, they have 100% refused to respond to any emails I have sent requesting my funds. It has been over 180 days (which is what they company states they can hold someones funds up until and they still have not responded or released my money. I could understand if I had complaints, cases or bad rating but I had a stellar account. This is theft and is highly concerning that they do not have a phone number to call, will not answer emails (I send at least one weekly). You would think they should be held accountable. They impacted my business of sales due to whatever reason they had to shut down my account (still won't tell me) and now they are still holding my $347.42 for over 180 for no reason.
