Rhosandra is the lady you deal with and she is rude and not customer service oriented. She keeps moving from place to place it seems like now shes in Castro Valley. We had an appt. For Tuesday Oct. 22 at 1 and I received two emails one stating that the schedule changed and that she will set up the appt. For Thursday Oct. 24 th at 1 instead. The other just said details about the appointment but NO where in the email it said it was due to a move (she was located in San Leandro). I called and spoke to her and she claims an email was sent saying location change but I checked and the ones I received it was more of a schedule change. She didnt want to reschedule due to her paying todays daily rent at her new location because we went to her old location instead. She doesnt care about her customers or her business. I had bought the special for multiple sessions and was planning on working with her some more but I will no longer be doing business with someone that cant accommodate a client when there was a miss understanding on a move. And also Roshanda if you read this please email me confirmation of the so call email you sent specifying the address change.
