First the positive. Prosser’s offered the best price for the Northern Lite 8-11 we purchased from them. Now the reason for the 1-star review.
We travelled from Maine since the price was good and it had the options we wanted. We’d been communicating with them during our drive there, so they knew we were on the way, but were still cleaning the camper when we arrived. They were using a soft brush, which was fine for the fiberglass skin, but left micro abrasions on the acrylic Dometic windows.
Fast forward to after delivery. We love our NL camper, but it did have a few minor issues that should have been taken care of by Prosser’s. They answered our first email, then ghosted us for the last three months and numerous emails. Our stove lights don’t work, thinking the wiring was cut as part of a recall even though our stove was not affected by that recall. One of the window struts is slightly bent, which we noticed the day after delivery when we went to open the window. The increased friction is cracking the window where it attaches. Finally, they didn’t give us the complete set of removable carpets that come with the camper. We’re missing two pieces. These are all simple issues, with the exception of the window. Prosser’s hasn’t returned emails regarding the window or missing carpets. They replied once to the inquiry about the stove (something I could likely fix if they just reached back out) asking for photos, then nothing since I sent them those photos or any follow up.
If you’re looking for a good price, they are fine. If you expect service after the sale, you may be very disappointed, as we are.

Do not buy an RV from this place!!! Went there twice to see a teardrop trailer. There was one guy doing service and a woman answering phones, neither knew anything about showing me a unit. Bought a unit finally! Took my maiden journey in 98 degree weather and no a/c! Brand new unit, MSRP $34K. I took it back and they said stuff had gotten up in there, like I should have checked! Then traveling up north for the first time I had major trouble towing. They failed to empty the 200 lbs of water/antifreeze putting me over my tow weight limit! I paid for dealer prep. They did not drain, check the A/C or clean the inside or outside of this unit.

I would for sure look at other dealerships before you go here. They lie and sell broken rvs and when it comes to giving you your money back because the credit union over paid they try to keep your money. I’m having to fight for a $399 reimbursement that Richard gave me an iou receipt for. He told me it would be mailed Monday and now is telling me he never said that even though I have the receipt. Dealing with this dealership is harder and more painful than going to the gynecologist for a Pap smear. I’d rather have a colonoscopy than ever deal with this RV dealership again. Do your research. I’m sure that there’s other RV dealerships that will treat you much better and won’t lie to you. I’m sure they’ll leave a comment below that I can’t reply to, but just know that whatever they say they’re just trying to make their reviews better and not admit to what they have done.
