Messed up my wedding :’( I booked the First Lady, a white Lincoln for my wedding this past Saturday and this was the car that we got. We got a van and I hate vans. If I knew I was gonna get a van I would not have booked a limo service at the first place. Then 10 mins after we got to the reception venue I realized I left my heels and hair accessories for the reception in the car. We found the car parked around the corner but driver was not in, we called the driver and all phone calls went directly to voicemail ( I have phone record for this). So I ended up wearing Tom flats and no hair accessories for my reception and appeared stupid in my wedding video and photos. The driver also mentioned to us it’s her first time working with this company and she did take some very abrupt turns when driving. The driver was otherwise very sweet though. My main problem was getting a VAN for my wedding and not able to reach the driver when absolutely needed. It was a once in a life time event and I was very sad and disappointed.

To start, communicating with Becky leading up and after the wedding was pleasant and she was always professional.
Now to get to the reason they are getting an awful review lol. For my wedding we rented two buses to transport guests to and from my wedding. One bus was a 56 person bus and another party bus. The party bus experience was completely fine. This was the bus I was on with my husband and the wedding party. No complaints there.
The 56 person bus had many many problems. The 56 person bus got lost on the way to my wedding which caused my wedding to start late. And then got lost on the way back again. The driver made one of my guests direct her back to the hotel because she couldn’t figure it out. A 25 minute ride, turned into over an hour. But I could completely over look all of this if not for the lack of safety provided. My guests complained to me that the driver stopped and reversed on the highway after missing an exit. Instead of just taking the next exit she reversed a 56 person bus on a busy highway. I just can’t understand how that can be in line with the standards of a transportation company. The driver told my guest that she had never driven a bus this big before. Great. The company confirmed in an email that she was new.
I did ask them to conduct a review, which they said they would do. Unfortunately they said that the driver conducted herself in a good manor, because of course they don’t want to liable for putting people in danger. That’s a red flag if that’s what they find appropriate. Of course I wouldn’t say all this without providing receipts. You can find them attached to this review. The email I got from the company and just a couple of the many complaints I got from guests. If the company tries to deny these accusations, I can provide more.
For full disclosure, someone on the bus did get sick and I had to pay $650 for it. I did not fight the bill at all, I completely understand that I was liable for that. And honestly the passenger paid me for it, so I wasn’t out any money, so genuinely makes no difference to me.
I have seen the way that this company responds to negative reviews. They gaslight the reviewers and tell them that they are lying. I’m just not. I have no reason to lie. My wedding was perfect and beautiful, however it was not due to the performance of this company. Quite literally every other vendor performed beautifully. It’s a shame that they stand out as the only vendor I wish I didn’t book.
Please just book the more expensive options in the area. You’ve spent too much money and effort on your wedding or event to save on safety. Guests will remember how they felt on this bus, instead of the time they had at my wedding. That’s a shame. I’ve learned my lesson.
Lastly, I asked that this driver not drive 56 person buses anymore and they refused. So she could be your driver. Good luck!!
UPDATE: Like I thought the company is gaslighting. I didn’t “solicit” texts from my friends. How incredibly rude to assume something like that. Instead of taking my review seriously they’ve decided I must have asked my friends to say something bad. I’m not getting paid to write this? You didn’t refund me? I have nothing to gain to ask my friends to send messages like that? Wow I’m honestly appalled.

I rented a Sprinter for my best friend’s bachelorette party and the driver “read our pick up time wrong”. When I called him to see where he was he rudely asked “who is this? I’m not picking you up until 4”…our pick up time was at 11. We drove to the establishment to meet at the vehicle in an effort to not miss our plans. Ended up leaving around 11:45. Diana called to apologize and stated “if you guys want to go sightsee in DC after plans, there will be no overage charge”. Vehicle had a horribly blown speaker and wasn’t what I expected inside. 2 days after service they tried to charge my card for services plus 1 hour overage. When I questioned this they called me a liar about the overage fee waive and the owner was extremely rude. I would never use or recommend them again.
UPDATE: I had another card ready in hand when I was speaking with them about the balance this is not about the money. To make us almost miss our show which was paid for and not even apologize when you got on the phone was unacceptable as an owner of a business. That “hour” of overages according to your GPS was not a full hour. Another member of your staff is then lying to me about ever saying there would be no overages. I am beyond disappointed in this whole situation (I am just getting back to work from maternity leave and saving for a wedding which is why I transferred funds after reviewing my account and being able to cover what was owed to your company). I made the small claims court comment because you tried to imply that I couldn’t pay what was owed when you charged my card for an amount that was not communicated 2 days after service when you ran the card. Send the bill to my billing address (not the pickup address) and it will be taken care of. You should be ashamed of yourself.
