If we could distinguish stars by different individuals within the entire process, we would give 4.5 to Taylor as he did really well overall and we intend to stay in touch and call him for our next home. However, we would have to give only a 3 to the portion of communication with / recommendation of Tide Law to help in our closing as that was not handled as well as it should have been and while we agree it was 90% their fault, there was not enough communication all the way around that we would NOT be in our own house after closing. In addition, there were times through the last few weeks prior to closing where we did not feel overall communication between us and Keller and Tide Law was where we hoped it would be and we were unclear as to who was to be responsible for what... but Taylor, overall, did a great job and we look forward to having the team helping us with our next house!
