Let me just say that I was unable to even have this company look at my item. I submitted a request online to see if I could have my wife’s computer looked at. THE OWNER responded in a very nasty way, ALL because I used my work email. I work for a state college in Atlanta as a police officer and have a university email. He immediately states that I was “phishing” and “heckling” him. It was a very unprofessional response. Oh yeah the kicker...I LIVE IN DAHLONEGA AND HAVE LIVED HERE FOR YEARS!! But whatever. be careful before using this guy, he doesn’t seem all there

Awful customer service. I called and was told I would be spoken to again later after the owner gained some info about my laptop. It's been a month and I haven't received a call or even an email back. I tried re-calling again later and was met with no answer or return call. If I cant trust this company to even remember I called, how can I trust them to work on my expensive laptop.
