DO NOT USE THEM!!! ALL ONE STARS ON Yelp, I wish I would have checked Yelp first. Go read the reviews and don't waste your money because you'll have to get it re cleaned. Luckily I only needed a cleaning on a property that was pretty clean to begin with.
The only positive I can say is that the owner was great and cares about you being satisfied, but the cleaning was absolutely TERRIBLE. The cleaners don't know how to properly clean. I hired them for a deep clean for an empty (already previously cleaned) rental unit to prepare for new tenant and it was unbelievable the amount of stuff they missed. The appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove) were not wiped, they had finger prints and smudge marks everywhere. The entire kitchen and floor was not wiped thoroughly. The way they clean is to use a slightly damp rag and spray one spot at a time and wipe one spot at a time. The area as a whole is not wiped down with cleaning solution. It's gross, actually. At one point, I had to get on my hands and knees and show them how to clean, otherwise they'd leave spots all over the floor. I had to spend an hour just pointing out what they missed and where to clean. They should know how to wipe down appliances and floors without me pointing out each spot. It was unbearable. Waste of time and money.
Even worse, they ruined the stainless steel on the dishwasher by rubbing one spot so hard and then proceeded to tell me it was like that! Even though I just took a pic of it two minutes before hand when it wasn't like that.
The owner was nice and said he'd send another crew until we were satisfied, but no way was I wasting my time with them anymore than that. There were two cleaners. The man tried to fix everything I pointed out, but the FEMALE SAT OUTSIDE POUTING and REFUSING TO HELP even though I hired them for 4 hours and they were sitting outside waiting for me to pay them after 2.75 hours.

The worst cleaning. I cannot believe that I have trusted these google reviews! I should have checked Yelp first.
2 ladies came, Daniella and another one, spent 3 hours in a 1 bedroom 1 bath empty apartment. I didn't stay with them as I trusted that they will do a decent job. They came 1 hour after the scheduled time, so when they finished, I had to rush to pick up my daughters from daycare, so didn't check the apartment. I paid $120. The next day, I go check to make sure that it's all good for the new renter, and OMG! IT WAS DIRTY! They barely touched the shower, the kitchen was still filthy and...and...and...please don't waste your money with this company. When I called Mario to explain and give feedback, he blew me off. Such a bad experience!
