Eric did not due $5;000 worth of work in our case. Told my 18yr old daughter to continue to smoke marrijuana and he would figure it out with the judge and prosecutor because with her anxiety it is a medical need. He didn't fight for ANYTHING he told her to do.!!! She tested dirty and he acted dumb about it!!!
We had to spend another $7,000 to enroll our daughter into an outpatient program to deal with her anxiety disorder. The prosecutor and judge were over satisfied with OUR preemptive steps that she got the minimal correction sentence of 6 mo. probation with time served.
I could have done this ALONE and saved $5,000.

They wanted $5,000 flat for a case that's going to go to district court and get thrown right out. He was very rude and tell me if I don't like his prices shop around or try and do it on my own and see how that works out for me. Unbelievable. I'm already going through a rough time if I'm contacting attorneys I didn't need to be treated like that. Believe me I will be shopping around.
And it's not just because of the ridiculous price for one court date & I have all the documents and court paperwork and evidence they didn't even have to do any work I told him that too that's when he told me to do it myself and good luck with that. How rude. Way to kick somebody when they're down.

As soon as I talk to Eric on the phone I shortly briefed him on my situation about my DUIs. In one of the first things he asked me is, iam I working? directly followed by, well were 2,500 to even get started. He fast talked how it's going to happen, in what he's going to do, and then immediately said again all I need now is the money, he was ready to take payment within less than 3 minutes on the phone with him,. I told him I wanted to talk to a couple other lawyers . I didn't want to feel like anouther number. He told me you . Do what you want, you called me. (Rude) ,I feel like he does not care about you as a person ,and all he's ready to do is collect your money. I would definitely not use Eric as a lawyer here , you're just another number to him.
