What can I say about Jonathon and Creative Cartz!! Well first off they were amazing from the very beginning all the way to the end!! I was interested in a navitas cart for the longest time. I looked at several companies and businesses to purchase from and I chose creative cartz. Within 24 hrs of designing my cart on their website, I received what seemed like a personal email from Jonathon asking if I had questions. I don’t know about everyone else but I prefer to talk to a person rather than a “ robot” of a salesman. We emailed back and forth for about a week even on the weekend!!! He never gave up on me and answered every single one of my questions and concerns. Best part? I didn’t have to wait 48 hrs for a reply. He was quick to respond sometimes within minutes and he was very friendly about the whole process. He helped design the cart and gave me his personal opinion as to what upgrades would look the best.
I can’t say enough to express how great Jonathon and Creative Cartz were. Even day of delivery he was emailing me, making sure everything is perfect! He even reassured me if anything was broke, missing, or damaged it would be handled. Nothing was wrong with the cart, it was beautiful when it arrived and all the neighbors are definitely turning their heads. If you want a navitas cart go with Jonathon and creative cartz. Prices are comparable to any other company. And Honestly, if creative cartz were more pricey, I would still choose them because of the customer service and the way he cares about his customer. You won’t be disappointed!!

From my first phone call to the delivery (I think 6 days) I had my very first Golf Cart delivered thru rain & shine! Very friendly & professional the entire time. Johnathan took time to show me the features & how to operate my cart also how to take good care of the charger that came with it. I have already told several neighbor's & friends about this great company!
