Chicago Fleet Wraps Reviews: Pros, Cons, & Website Analysis

We chose Chicago Fleet Wraps specifically because of their five-star reviews, and unfortunately our experience could not have been more disappointing.

We contacted them back in November (along with several other wrap companies) to wrap our Jeep in Jeep Rewind colors before February, as we have a long road trip planned. From the start, Chicago Fleet Wraps was incredibly enthusiastic — they gave us a verbal quote on the phone, hyped up the project, and even told us how excited they were to work on it, mentioning personal connections to the exact Jeep model. That excitement is ultimately why we chose them.
After that? Radio silence.

For weeks, we repeatedly called trying to move forward, with little to no response. Eventually, they told us they were “reaching out to Jeep regarding copyright,” and then we waited nearly a month with no updates despite continued follow-ups on our end.

Finally — just three weeks before our trip — we received a brief message stating they “can’t do it.” No explanation. No attempt to help us pivot or recommend alternatives.

At this point, it’s far too late to find another shop to complete the wrap before our trip.
The most frustrating part is not even the refusal — it’s the complete lack of communication. Had they been upfront or responsive, we would have had plenty of time to go with another company. Instead, we were left feeling ignored, avoided, and strung along while our timeline disappeared.

This was not a minor inconvenience — it directly cost us the opportunity to complete a time-sensitive project we planned well in advance. Their poor communication and last-minute refusal left us with no viable alternatives and no accountability. If you value professionalism, transparency, or meeting agreed-upon timelines, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
