Was sent an email with a coupon for 4 free chocolate chip cookies with a purchase. I ordered a dozen cookies that I received them but no free chocolate chip cookies. When I contacted Donna in customer service she told me it was only good for the “premium assortment” but I had a coupon for 8% off my next order. I showed her my order confirmation that clearly showed a quantity of (1) for 4 free chocolate chip cookies along with (1) dozen cookies and asked why they weren’t giving me what this showed. At that point she became very aggressive saying she didn’t appreciate me saying that and the cart showed $0 for the chocolate chip cookies so I would not get them. Since the quantity was 1 and the dollars was 0 that is exactly what I was promised and didn’t receive. Anyway Donna in customer service proved to be very rude. I have purchased from them for over 5 years but won’t ever again as a result of the belligerent attitude of their customer service plus getting shorted 4 cookies.

Very disappointed with this location. I called a day before to order a cake for 10 am the next day which was okay because I asked them. They said the baker was in at 9 so it would be fine. I arrived at 10 am and no one was there. Called 5-6 times no one answered. I FINALLY called and got a person to answer at 10:25 only to say that she wasn't done with the cake and I needed to wait. If you take ordered ahead of time you should know when the baker will be in. Because of this I didn't get a cake and will probably not order again.
