They over charged because they had the flowers I was looking for local and if I wanted to pay less I would have to drive to Downey... Can't blame them for wanting to make a buck... The flowers only lasted 5 days. It was almost as if they bought older flowers at a discount so they could squeeze out more profit.
I had placed and paid for the order in person at 2pm to pick up at 630 when I arrived I expected to pickup and go but the order was not ready nor did they know about it. I ended up waiting about 15 min while they looked for it then they came to ask me if I had my receipt I showed it to them then waited another 15 min while they looked for it again then decided to just make it.
Hey at least I got one of those little cards for free.

Completely ruined Valentines delivery. I placed an order in person to be delivered to my wife at work and confirmed the order could be delivered same day. Payed way too much for 3 roses, a bear and a balloon but the delivery was really close by so I went with it. I find out 3 hours after my wife gets out of work that she never received the delivery. I checked with her work by phone and they didn't receive it. Checked with florist in person who swore was delivered on time and correctly. Under a hunch I checked a couple nearby businesses and found my arrangement was delivered to the wrong location on the wrong street.
Here's what I dont understand. How do you, on Valentines Day, screw up a delivery that is literally 3 addresses away and on the same street as your business.
If your thinking about ordering from here DONT.
If you prefer your overpriced floral delivery to be delivered to the wrong location and then be lied to about it directly to your face then perhaps this is where you wanna be.
Lesson learned.......

Completely ruined my Valentines. I ordered flowers on February 4th hoping to get them earlier so I cloud have them for my wife, but still hasn’t got here. I’ve been calling the company multiple times since 5:00 but it’s 7:30 now and it still has not arrived. I don’t understand why they are taking so long.
