Custom Integrations

Custom integrations include: Calendar for scheduling tours, Interactive map with properties, CMS for properties and the units inside, direct connection with DoorLoop for applications per unit, Waitlist for units using Wix's CMS.

CRM Setup

Custom CRM system with one admin user and one general user (more can be added in the future). We'll connect your emails through Sendgrid and setup your phone numbers for SMS and Phone calls. SMS will require A2P verification which we will assist you with but this requires specific business documentation such as proof of address, EIN numbers and incorperation articles. Without this, you wont be able to configure and send SMS in the U.S. After the setup, you will be charged usage fee's on the platform for email, SMS, and minutes used. Custom automations will be part of a different project.
