1.8 Star. Adam told me the job would take 5 days we agreed on a price. They began working on Monday. He informed me that depending on what was under the laminate the price might go up if there was no dry wall. Day one he took the laminate down and informed me that we were good . That there was in fact dry wall and they simple needed to patch the seems which was quoted in the original cost.

By Wednesday Adam informed me that it would be a an additional 1500 dollars because of all the extra work. I was hesitant to pay him because we had already agreed on a price and he informed me that the job would still be complete by Friday. I asked what was the additional cost and he said the disposal and extra joint compound that they needed for the walls. I didn’t understand why the disposal was barely being entered into the estimate but I paid him. At this point I had paid him 3300 dollars for 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Paint and popcorn removal.

Friday came and with no explanation the trailer was gone and all the equipment was gone as well ( including my Dewalt drill that I believe they accidentally took but when I reached out no response)

I called Adam and he said they would have to come back Saturday because the patching that they did in the bathrooms needed to dry. I understood and when Saturday came I began to assess the work cause Adam gave the impression they were almost done. The work was less than par . Me and 3 buddies could have done the same in 3 days.

The two rooms they failed to retexture the ceiling properly . There are wood accents in the living room that Adam said he would sand and re-stain which he did not. Which were in the quote.

One worker accidentally broke my bedroom window.
One worker accidentally started painting a room with the wrong color. Now I have to get it completely redone.
The patching is clearly visible. They did not take the time to sand down the edges properly throughout the house.
When the krew packed up they left my driveway was a mess. They failed to cover work location properly and dust and debris is all over my personal items

When I spoke to Adam he said he doesn’t do work on Saturdays and that he would probably need another 2 days. No explanation no warning . Again at this point I was disappointed with the work and it being over budget and over time with little to no explanation.

Adam was always respectful but he was only on location 15% of the time. He had his workers do all the heavy lifting. I don’t believe they are professional painters . They know there stuff yes but if your looking for quality work. Adam’s probably not who you want to go with.

When I spoke to Adam he offered to fix everything and try to paint the additional room for free. But informed me that it would still come at an additional cost he quoted.

We agreed to go our separate ways I figured if I’m going to have to pay i might wanna pay someone else to do the job right and with some quality.

Project wasn’t completed now I have a broken window… trash in my front yard and 3 rooms unfinished as well as a brand new room to paint.
