BUYER BEWARE!! I have been using Dixie Belle. Products for years, but I’ve decided to change paint companies based on my experience with then yesterday!!! I had a problem with a product so I reached out to customer service vis chat on their website to request an exchange, terrible, terrible customer service!! First I was told they stand behind their product, but they refused an exchange, and I was actually told it was NOT product that I did something wrong. I then googled reviews on the BBB website and see there are other similar complaints- right down to another person posting that they were told the same thing, I guess their products are infallible!! So beware before buying Dixie Belle products that they do NOT stand behind their products!!

I had high hopes for this paint especially after all those raving reviews online but it’s not my favorite. I do a lot of painting and have used many brands but I will not buy again. It gets chunky after second coat . I have used several cheaper brands like Waverly, Rustoleum and Kilz chalk paints that coat better and sand smoother. They also are more durable. For durability I wish I could give zero stars. I chose this brand for the color other than that it has nothing going for it.

Dixie Belle is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an order direct through their website, once I received an order confirmation, they email me telling me all sales are final. I needed to cancel my order - before it was ever shipped - and they refused. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and disputing it with my bank. How are you going to alert your customers AFTER they place an order that all sales are final. The rep said, “it’s also on our shipping tab on our website”...... so I am supposed to read each page of your website before I place an order?? This company is trash. No one has an “all sales final” unless they are extremely desperate and don’t stand by their product.
