I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The technician was clearly inexperienced and not skilled in applying lash extensions. During the process, my eyelids were glued together, and when she tried to fix it, she pulled out some of my natural lashes. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality lash services.

I’ve never had this many lashes fallen off in a day. Every day, l I found more lashes fallen off on my face. After 3 days, I found way more than half was gone. I meant to let it go but it was seriously too bad. When I called the shop to inform the situation, I was told to pay at least $15 to fix. I don’t understand why I have to pay for fixing poor quality and improper service I received. I wish I didn’t give a generous tip and didn’t waste my time there.

Also they called me to reschedule an appointment time a couple of hours before the original appointment, which I accepted. When I arrived there, the rep at the front desk accused me of being late, which was miscommunication between reps there. She never apologized for the mistake or her attitude. The technician did apologize though.

Overall, time and money wasted.. which annoys me a lot. Terrible experience.

Update 3/19/2024:
The studio keeps calling and texting me to tell me that I need to delete my review. Maybe this is the way they kept the rating so clean until now by harassing bad reviewers. Please stop it. You can’t tell me what to do. We had a bad experience, and you didn’t care at all about customer dissatisfaction. I won’t come back. You move on with your business.

Update 3/29/2024:
I see you left your reply. Also to be accurate, it wasn’t after 6 days. I am usually easy going so when I noticed it for the first 2-3 days, I was going to just let it go thinking this must be just a little inexperienced technician. However, most of them fell off after 3 days and I felt absurd not to call and ask for fix. For the record, I didn’t have any makeup on and I regularly get my lashes so I know how to take care of them. Not a single time this has happened. You initially said to pay $15 for technician charge but you had one opening on the next day. I couldn’t make it. You said then I have to pay more if it’s any other time. I don’t think you gave me much of a choice. If you were me, would you really spend additional $15+ to get it fixed when I have no faith in quality? I would rather get a new set from somewhere else. At the end of the conversation, I just did not have faith and got upset with technician’s attitude, I said you know what I don’t want the fix anymore but I do want to leave a review so people are aware, which I did. I did not threaten the technician. She said to leave a review and we ended our call. Although I did not expect you will contact me via calls and texts to delete the review afterwards.

A week ago I went to this place, it's my second time. The first time I loved it. Well on my second visit I didn't have the best experience. The person who glued my eyelashes made a mess. In addition, she glued my eyelashes so badly that 60% of them have already fallen off. She almost blinded me. She let the glue from the upper lashes stick to the lower lashes. And then that glue got in my eye and burned me so bad that it hurt my eye.
